Spanish Course in Buenos Aires
General Spanish Course - Regular
"I just want to improve my Spanish". Frequently, both students
and professionals say that when they come to Lucem to develop their general
language skills. They use Spanish for both personal and professional applications.
General English classes and spanish class in buenos aires are offered at six levels, help meet these needs.
It is a 20 -lesson- per -week course which covers the four language skills
of listening, speaking, reading and writing, with special emphasis on
listening and speaking, with grammar and pronunciation practice and vocabulary
building. Students develop communicative competence for social and work
-related environments through a variety of topics and interactive activities
simulating real-life situations.
General Spanish Course - Intensive (learn spanish in buenos aires)
This is a more intensive course with 30 lessons per week. The students
practise and learn the language required for effective communication in
their social and professional lives.
Business Spanish Course - Regular (learn spanish in buenos aires)
More and more business professionals are realizing the importance of acquiring
Spanish language skills to communicate around the world. The courses developed
for executives are flexible and adapted to the specific requirements of
the students. Students receive 20 hours of instruction per week which
include training in the chosen business area, e.g. marketing, e-commerce,
finance and management. The activities cover the key areas of telephone
skills, preparation and delivery of presentations, business correspondence
including letters, faxes and e-mails, effective negotiations, presentations,
acquisition of business-related terminology, report writing and problem
solving through case studies. Additional class activities include corporate
visitations.
Business Spanish Course - Intensive (learn spanish in buenos aires)
Our Intensive Business Spanish course provides 30 lessons per week. As
in the regular course, the students receive training in all the key areas
of the business activities.
One-to-one Course
It is based entirely on individual lessons. This means
that the tutor's attention is focused uniquely on one student and allows
for a perfect match between lesson content and the learning requirements
of the student.
Tutorial lessons ensure the maximum progress is made in a short period
of time by allowing the tutor to devote 100% of his attention to the student.
The tutorial also enables teaching methods to be adapted to the learning
style and pace at which the student can successfully learn. The student
can choose the number of hours of instruction.
Combination
Course
Students can combine regular o intensive general Spanish or business course
with individual lessons. This combination enables students to benefit
from the dynamics of small group learning and the individual attention
of a personal tutor.
Exam
Preparation Course
Lucem (spanish class in buenos aires) offers preparation for several proficiency tests, including DELE
(Diploma de Español como Lengua Extranjera-Certificate of Spanish
as a Foreign Language) and CEB (Certificado de Español Básico-Basic
Spanish Certificate) and CEI (Certificado de Español Intermedio-
Intermediate Spanish Certificate).
There are three levels of DELE: CEI ( Certificado Inicial de Español-
Beginning Spanish Certificate) DBE (Diploma Básico de Español-
Basic Spanish Diploma) and DSE (Diploma Superior de Español- Advanced
Spanish Diploma). They are all official certificates issued by the Ministry
of Education and Culture of Spain. Universidad de Salamanca (Spain) is
in charge of the preparation and the evaluation of the exams and Instituto
Cervantes is in charge of the coordination.
CEB and CEI are issued by Universidad de Buenos Aires, one of the best known
universities in Latin-America
